How to create leads
We recommend adding leads at least twice a week to ensure you will not lose valuable information about your potential customers.
To add a lead:

In the Create a lead form, enter basic information about the potential customer:

Source: the channel through which a potential customer first discovered IceWarp

Stage: level of potential customer interest in IceWarp

Country of potential customer

In Activity Description, enter what were taken to wind the customer

In Lead details, add as more information about the potential customer as possible: name, company, mobile, email, etc. It will make your communication much easier. Click
to add one more field and select means if communication. To remove the field, click
.
