How to create leads

We recommend adding leads at least twice a week to ensure you will not lose valuable information about your potential customers.

To add a lead:

  1. Click > Lead.

  2. In the Create a lead form, enter basic information about the potential customer:

    • Source: the channel through which a potential customer first discovered IceWarp

    • Stage: level of potential customer interest in IceWarp

    • Country of potential customer

  3. In Activity Description, enter what were taken to wind the customer

  4. In Lead details, add as more information about the potential customer as possible: name, company, mobile, email, etc. It will make your communication much easier. Click to add one more field and select means if communication. To remove the field, click .
